Formulary management
The approved product list lives on the same record the counter dispenses from, with batch- and GTIN-level tracking on every unit and role-based access deciding who can change it. Compounded preparations draw their ingredients out of inventory at the moment of preparation and go back in with their own cost and barcode label.
Dispensing and traceability
Dispensing is recorded against the same live record wherever it happens, so stock, expiry, and cost stay accurate across departments and nothing has to be reconciled between systems afterwards. Access levels apply per person, and every movement carries an audit trail of who changed what.
Insurance and claims
The full NPHIES lifecycle runs inside the system: eligibility at the counter, submission from the dispensing screen, rejection reasons attached to the original claim, correction, resubmission, and reconciliation to the payment — with a per-branch view of what is submitted, rejected, and still unpaid.
