Common questions
Do you migrate our existing stock data?
Yes. We import from Excel or your current system, batch dates included, as part of onboarding — usually within two working days.
Is dawaTech accepted by the SFDA?
Reports are generated in the formats the SFDA, EDA, and JFDA specify. You submit them through the regulator's own channel.
What happens when the internet goes down?
The POS keeps selling offline and syncs automatically once the connection returns. Nothing is lost.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes — subscriptions are monthly per branch. Your data is exportable at any time.
